We believe that every family should feel prepared for labour and the postpartum period. We provide a comprehensive and engaging educational experience meant to leave you with a strong foundation for the beginning of parenthood. In this in-home, private 3-4 hour class you will learn the following: When to go to the hospital, comfort measures and pain management, what will happen during labour or cesarean section, skin to skin, infant feeding options, what to expect in hospital, recovery after delivery, newborn care, car seat, when to ask for help and helpful resources. We hope that our in-home prenatal education promotes and supports healthy outcomes for moms, babies and families. This does not go in-depth with breastfeeding. We’d still recommend adding on the Sweet Beginnings package.
