1 hour virtual breastfeeding education
Get your most important lactation questions asked and answered with thoughtfulness and care in our 1 hour virtual breastfeeding education session. Intended for you and your support person, this session will be tailored to your needs and goals. Some common topics include your baby’s feeding cues/hunger signs, feeding positions (breast and bottle), signs your baby is getting enough milk, breast pumps/pumping and so much more.
1 - 1.5 hour virtual lactation consult
Includes a brief review of your prenatal, birth and postpartum history. Your current experiences with feeding (breast, bottle or both) and how to help you reach your feeding desires. Online is not ideal for assessing tongue function (if suspecting oral ties) or weighted feeds. An individualized care plan will be provided to you to ensure your feeding goals are met.
